Provider was late to assignment at 9am.. due to "car trouble". Provider wanted to leave site (after 2.5 hrs onsite)at 11:25a even though this work order required that the hours were 8-5p. Provider asked to leave at 1pm to "get his car to the shop". This assignment is part of a very big project that has high visibility and I do not think the tech quite understood his obligation that he agreed to.
