Courses for OnForce BuyersGetting Started Tutorial: This online tutorial is designed for buyers who want to understand how the OnForce Marketplace works. The tutorial introduces topics such as how to create and route a work order, monitor open work orders, approve work orders, and rate a provider.
This 60-minute instructor-led session is designed for buyers who are new to the platform. Topics include: marketplace dynamics, the Buyer Command Center, and creating and routing work orders. Courses for OnForce ProvidersPlatform 101: This online tutorial is required for all providers new to OnForce, and represents the last step before being activated on the platform. Topics include: marketplace dynamics, editing your service profile, managing work orders, and best practices for provider success.
Platform 102: This online tutorial is geared toward experienced providers. The tutorial addresses principles of a marketplace, advantages of certifications and background checks, advanced settings, and best practices for delivering top service.
