Title: Category Manager
Reports to: Vice President of Marketing
Location: Lexington, MA
The Category Manager will be responsible for researching the service needs of new categories and industries into which OnForce may expand. He/she will develop a deep understanding of an industry structure, the players in that industry, and the current condition and trends within that category. This information will be used to inform strategic decisions about whether, when and how to expand into a new category.
The Category Manager will work cross-functionally with several groups within OnForce such as marketing, sales, product, and customer support to help produce an effective, comprehensive go-to-market strategy. Once launched, the Category Manager will focus on growth and optimization opportunities within that new category, or move on to entirely new industries that could be targets for future expansion.
We're looking for smart, driven, curious people who are able to analyze the structure of an unfamiliar industry, make sense of it, and transfer that knowledge to help form actionable plans with other departments within OnForce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and analyze industry structure, distribution channels, and players within select categories, including overall industry trends and/or factors that may influence the acceleration of growth within OnForce.
- Develop and maintain industry relationships within categories by acting as the OnForce liaison to industry. This includes attending key conferences and managing relationships with industry thought leaders, associations and user groups.
- Develop and execute a strategy for growing service pros and buyers within assigned OnForce Categories.
- Work closely with OnForce management to prioritize expansion opportunities into new verticals.
- Identify, prioritize, and execute the best opportunities for both service pro and buyer growth within.
- Coordinate with marketing, product, customer support, and sales to drive the implementation new category expansion.
Job Requirements:
- 2-5 years of professional work experience including background in strategy, marketing and/or online product management.
- Experience in IT / consumer electronics / construction / building industries a major plus.
- Strong analytical abilities; able to make sense of conflicting, disparate information in a systemic way;
- Ability to analyze an industry's distribution chain and identify margins, strengths, weaknesses, etc.
- Strong analytical skills required including ability to identify key industry trends and map to strategy.
- Creative problem solver with ability to be highly flexible and effective in a fast paced / high energy environment.

Title: Inside Account Manager
Reports to: VP of Sales
Location: Lexington, MA
The Inside Account Manager is responsible for the retention of OnForce customers within the defined geographic or other territory. Key activities include understanding existing territory opportunities, target account's primary business models, current services strategies, current priorities, challenges and opportunities, as well as a thorough understanding of the competitive landscape. The inside Account Manager manages the executive relationships and engagement, application of the OnForce platform to the target accounts' strategies and missions as they relate to services delivery. In addition, the Inside Account Manager manages the full sales cycle as it relates to exploration, contract negotiation, pilot development and implementation and ultimately, complete integration of their accounts' services delivery models with the OnForce platform.

We have proven that search marketing is among the most effective channels for our new customer acquisition efforts. We need an SEM manager who can own the full breadth of paid search marketing, and help us climb the learning curve to take our search efforts to the highest levels of efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage OnForce's PPC search engine marketing campaigns. This includes creative content and keyword development, experimentation with landing pages, and determination of CPC bids.
- Define and execute A/B testing, track and analyze results, and make changes to optimize SEM results. You can test just about anything you like, but you must own the results and the learning from these tests.
- Build and own the relationships with all paid search channels.
- Participate in the development of SEM management platform. We believe better tools are critical to effective search marketing, and we need our search marketing manager to help articulate the specific needs and capabilities of such tools.
- Help define new creative and keyword strategy for SEM efforts in new geographic markets and categories.
- This position reports to our VP of Marketing in Lexington, MA. The search marketing manager will work closely with OnForce management to prioritize search marketing investments.
Job Requirements:
- 1-5 years of professional work experience including background in strategy, marketing and/or online product management.
- Familiarity with managing keywords, creative and budgets within mainstream search engines (eg: Google, Yahoo, Live) a must, and niche engines (Industry Brains, KnowledgeStorm, MIVA) a plus.

This opportunity requires a motivated candidate to think creatively to solve UI, information architecture, and process management issues. Excellent candidates will have a track record of entrepreneurial thinking and management of online products. You will have the opportunity to use existing skills and develop new ones while working with a highly experienced, innovative team and company.
The Product Manager will be responsible for defining, launching, and analyzing product features for the OnForce platform and marketplace. You will be responsible for the creation of business and product requirements documents, the development of new and updated UI and site diagrams, and the management of the OnForce product development process through the entire Software Development Lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Help define OnForce short- and long-term product strategy within specific areas (e.g. work order creation, market research or payment processing)
- Define product requirements for features and generate PRDs including functionality, UI, and content
- Work with Director of Product Development and other Product Managers to coordinate site features and ensure that business needs are addressed quickly and efficiently

Roles and Responsibilities:

The Marketing Communications Manager will interface with the sales and business development teams to provide them with marketing collateral, case studies other sales pieces.

- Must be a prolific writer who can adapt to the established style and voice of a brand, and apply it to multiple written media (eg: staying on message, but adapting the style to fit the medium and context).
- Experience in PR a plus.
- Technically-savvy with business and marketing-related tools:
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint a must.
