TechTeam, a large international outsourcing company, had contracted with a cement company in the Southwest to upgrade and standardize a router system and infrastructure in more than 20 locations. Because of the launch timing in various locations around the country, TechTeam discovered it needed to locate additional IT service professionals with the necessary skills to complete the job.

Solution
