While living in Houston, TX for the last 10 years, I acquired extensive pc support experience as a tech for Pennzoil-Quaker State. I moved on to broadband and VoIP installation and maintenance working as a VoIP / DSL / Broadband / Cable Tech for companies in Houston such as AOL, Sprint, Qwest, Time Warner Cable, SBC, MCI Worldcom, Rhythms Netcomm, Ameritech and most recently with Crescent Broadband also in Houston. I then was hired on as a field engineer for Crescent Broadband while working part time doing on site customer service for AOL. I also did VoIP installs for a small Texas company similar to Vonage part time. Recently I was contracted for a 1 year contract with a local Toledo , OH fiberglass producer in pc support. I have extensive router configuration experience, working with and configuring products from Cisco, Netgear, Netopia, Lucent, Linksys, SMC, Siemens/Speedstream, and numerous others. I also have experience networking Hughes\' DirecPC/DirecWAY satellite internet systems. Dell Wireless Certified.
