The technician was on time, courteous and available. He was able to do some things that were not specified but greatly helped me like formating. He showed respect and had a friendly demeanor. He was a good guy, you couldn't find fault with him. The project manager did it in a timely fashion and returned all calls immediately. Not too much to improve, eveything was above average to other companies previously used.
