Per Mrs. Vivian Garrett I had to call and I spoke with someone. I was real dissapointed. He didn't do anything. He thought he was coming out to hook up a personal computer. I had a wireless router. The gentleman there at CompUSA didn't have the USB printer. I was disgusted with him kept telling me everything was self explanatory. He did not walk me through anything. He wasn't helpful at all. The people at CompUSA is great.
Pro Response
This information is erronious and fallicious. I spent two hours on site wlaking these users through all aspects of their new laptop and printer. It is not my fault that they purchased a wireless package from CompUSA to setup a wireless high speed network and all they had was dialup. It is not my fault they purchased a printer without ensuring they had a USB cable to connect to the laptop.
