Thanks for checking up. We did have one issue. The installation guy did not set up the email completely. It is now fixed but I was quite disappointed that he did not complete the job he was to do.

Customer stated that he knew how to setup his email. I asked several time and she stated that he would set up his own email.

According to this workorder, the buyer expected me to be onsite at 11:15. I arrive onsite at 11:15 sharp, but there was no point of contact onsite. I waited as long as I could but no one showed up. I finally received a call several hours later indicating that the point of contact was now onsite. Buyer is very unprofessional that I could not go back onsite after several hours of no communication from her. Buyer needs to be very prompt and professional in the future.
