John was the most knowledgeable computer tech I have ever met. He called me in advance to confirm his arrival time and was here at the appointed time. He is also a professional people person as he patiently answered my many elementary questions.

per Kalman, The Tech was very professional but he was not able to connect the printer and connect the unit properly. I end up doing part of the work myself. It's working now after hours of work. I feel like I wasted my money.

No work done for customer.
