Giving The OnForce Model A Second Look

Front 15 Inc., a managed services provider in Corpus Christi, Texas, was looking to keep its IT service pros working and generating revenue while it developed a new set of products. The company had technicians staffed in markets all over the country, but lacked a sufficient workload to keep them all occupied and efficient.
Front 15 began utilizing OnForce to supplement work for its technicians. It had joined OnForce several years prior and found that the timing was right to increase its usage of the site. Because of the national coverage OnForce facilitated, Front 15 was able to find work for all its technicians spread across the country.
More than 30 percent of Front 15's revenue in 2007 was generated through the OnForce platform. The company's use of OnForce was profiled in the Wall Street Journal in 2008, and VP of Operations Bruce Aquilina could not be more pleased with the outcome.
