    OnForce is your partner in service. We are a trusted national network that connects service buyers with highly skilled service professionals through an online marketplace - easily, efficiently, and profitably. We can help you to gain complete national coverage all across the United States and Canada — even in the most remote locations — on demand.

    With more than one million work orders completed, OnForce is a proven marketplace that offers services support within the information technology and consumer electronic (CE) space. Service professionals through OnForce provide services expertise with PC/desktop, flat panel TV/video, printers, Point of Sale, network, VoIP/telephony, wiring & cabling, and many more categories.

  2. Who uses OnForce?

    Service buyers are generally IT firms such as technology service business, Value Added Resellers (VARs), solution providers, staffing firms, OEMs, IT consultants and retailers.

    Service professionals are typically individual professionals or small IT service shops.

  3. How do I learn more about the company?

    OnForce was founded in 2003 as ComputerRepair.com. To date, OnForce has completed more than one million work orders within the IT and CE services space. To learn more, review our brochure or company overview.

  4. What does it cost to join?

    OnForce is 100% free to join for both service buyers and service professionals. There are no subscription fees or membership fees for service professionals or any volume minimums or upfront costs of any kind for service buyers. You pay only when you use the OnForce platform.

    Service buyers pay OnForce an US $15 access fee for each work order sent. The total work order value is reserved from the funds in the service buyer's account, and these funds are transferred to the service professional after the work order has been completed satisfactorily.

    Service professionals pay OnForce a fee of 10% of the work order total.

    Both service buyers and service professionals have the opportunity to give a recommendation and comment at any time after a work order has been completed.

  7. Can I have a service buyer and a service professional account at the same time?

    Many of our most successful service buyers are companies that also have service professional accounts. Since OnForce offers nationwide coverage, it is easy to fulfill service work -- even in the most remote locations -- within the United States and Canada.

  8. Do I have to submit my resume to become an OnForce service professional?

    The service professional sign-up is completely online. Simply sign up for a free account by completing your profile on OnForce.com. If your skill set matches our current/projected needs, we can help you get started quickly. The more information that you add to your profile such as acquired certifications, verified background checks, insurance coverage, and drug tests, the more appealing you are to service buyers who have specific business requirements.

  9. If I live outside the United States, can I use OnForce?

    Yes. VARs, solution providers and IT service companies from around the world use OnForce to find highly skilled contract service professionals anywhere in the U.S. (including Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Alaska, Guam and the U.S. Virgin Islands), or Canada.
