Core Technologies manages nationwide IT equipment deployment projects for large enterprises, encompassing thousands of individual locations throughout the US and Canada. Having built an in-house recruiting function, which it still maintains today, Core Technologies was looking to complement those efforts, as it was experiencing spikes of business that were too rapid for the recruiting department to properly manage.
Core Technologies learned of OnForce by word-of-mouth through a business associate. After testing how the marketplace worked, CEO Gary Dedoussis quickly grasped the depth of the process and decided to utilize OnForce to supplement its internal recruiting initiatives.
With its internal network having expanded through OnForce, Core Technologies grew swiftly, handling more than 30,000 work orders the following year. Dedoussis estimates that between 10% and 15% of those work orders were fulfilled through OnForce.
