Title: Community Management Associate
Reports to: Pro Community Manager
Location: Lexington, MA
This position is a unique opportunity for an individual who is characteristically calm yet firm as well as compassionate and resilient. As a member of the Pro Community Management team, this person will interface with community members as well as all internal departments. This position reports to the Pro Community Manager and is considered part of the Business Operations Team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Community Manager to maintain and improve all community affinity programs (insurance, certifications, etc)
- Execution of provider programs including the coordination of focus groups and execution of program/vendor negotiations
- Monitor the online forums to identify potential problems, observations, opportunities and issues and promptly communicate them to the Community Manager
- Assist departments on engagement activities with community members
- Coordinate activities associated with community engagement (Town Hall Meetings, OF Travel, etc)
- Recruit new service professionals (when necessary) based on geographic or other skill set requirements
Job Requirements:
- Proven Project Management experience
- Capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Prefer web-based experience - marketplaces, online communities, web 2.0 companies a bonus
- IT service experience not necessary, although some focus on services would be beneficial

Title: Inside Account Manager
Reports to: VP of Sales
Location: Lexington, MA
The Inside Account Manager is responsible for the retention of OnForce customers within the defined geographic or other territory. Key activities include understanding existing territory opportunities, target account's primary business models, current services strategies, current priorities, challenges and opportunities, as well as a thorough understanding of the competitive landscape. The inside Account Manager manages the executive relationships and engagement, application of the OnForce platform to the target accounts' strategies and missions as they relate to services delivery. In addition, the Inside Account Manager manages the full sales cycle as it relates to exploration, contract negotiation, pilot development and implementation and ultimately, complete integration of their accounts' services delivery models with the OnForce platform.

Title: Interaction Designer
Reports to: Director of Product Management
Location: Lexington, MA
The Interaction Designer position will be a member of a very talented group of software product development professionals. You will be responsible for defining and validating the complete customer experience and user interface, and ensuring that the product that gets built will be usable and will meet the needs of the target users. You will work very closely with the product manager and the lead developer to come up with the detailed product specification.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze, design, and specify the interface architecture for an effective user experience
- Perform user and task analysis; define use cases and information architecture
- Develop conceptual models, process flows, navigational maps, and wireframes
- Document user interface and user experience requirements for engineering
- Provide insightful feedback and use your experience to improve the quality of the product and reduce the complexity of the user interface
- Work with product managers to design test scenarios and scripts and facilitate tests with users
Requirements:
- A degree in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or related field or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years' working as an HCI or UI/interaction design resource in a software product and/or web development environment required
- Hands-on experience with usability testing
- Excellent requirements writing skills
- Interest in making the entire product better, not just the UI
- Proven ability to create effective user interfaces for large-scale consumer internet products
- Able to understand highly complex products and present an effective and usable UI to the customer
- Experience designing web applications

Title: Product Manager
Reports to: Director of Product Management

The Product Manager position is an excellent opportunity to help drive the creation of an innovative online marketplace. As a Product Manager, you will work closely with marketing, sales, application development and other internal teams, as well as our customers. This opportunity provides a great deal of input into the envisioning, development and specification of new features and processes. Your work will enable the OnForce marketplace to operate efficiently, enhance the quality of IT services sold within our marketplace, and enable the company to expand existing service categories and markets.
This opportunity requires a motivated candidate to think creatively to solve UI, information architecture, and process management issues. Excellent candidates will have a track record of entrepreneurial thinking and management of online products. You will have the opportunity to use existing skills and develop new ones while working with a highly experienced, innovative team and company.
The Product Manager will be responsible for defining, launching, and analyzing product features for the OnForce platform and marketplace. You will be responsible for the creation of business and product requirements documents, the development of new and updated UI and site diagrams, and the management of the OnForce product development process through the entire Software Development Lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Help define OnForce short- and long-term product strategy within specific areas (e.g. work order creation, market research or payment processing)
- Define product requirements for features and generate PRDs including functionality, UI, and content
- Work with Director of Product Development and other Product Managers to coordinate site features and ensure that business needs are addressed quickly and efficiently
- Enhance the usability of site through product analysis and specifications, including customer feedback, user testing and site usage data
- Track PRDs through OnForce product development process and software develop-ment pipeline
- Work with Support, Training, and Marketing teams to help launch, provide training, and support new product features and enhancements
- Manage OnForce Product and features through entire life cycle
Previous Experience:
- At least 2 years of Product Management experience at a software or internet company
- Strong analytic skills, keen attention to detail, and ability to recommend data-driven decisions
- Ability to think deeply and strategically about product features, including potential business or process impact to OnForce or our customers
- Excellent writing and diagramming skills, with Visio or OmniGraffle experience a plus
- Ability to develop strong relationships internally with members of product team is critical
- Ability to work closely and well with business leaders and application development team.

Title: Senior Quality Assurance Engineer
Reports to: Quality Assurance Manager
Location: Lexington, MA
OnForce is looking for a skilled, ambitious Senior QA Engineer. This individual will be responsible for developing and maintaining various automated testing tools as well as understanding and testing new features as they are developed. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with test plan creation and the manual testing of new features. We are looking for someone who has a great attitude and can work well independently as well as in a team oriented environment.
